Going to the museum is hot!

45 000 visitors is around 10 000 more than we expected and we are delighted that people have found us exciting and recommended the museum to their friends.

Approximately 1/3 of our visitors have been fans and tourists from outside Estonia. Mainly from Findland, Russia and Latvia, but also from UK, Germany, USA, Sweden and so on. Estonian Maritime Museum has had around 22 000 visitors this year, which is 5000 more than during the same periood last year.

We at Seaplane Harbour and Estonian Maritime Museum are extremely happy that people have decided to visit our exhibitions while they are visiting Tallinn and excited that more and more local families are spending their spare time at museums.

Our goal for 2012 was 100 000 visitors, now we excpect to reach this number by the end of the peak season in September.
